Cranked BarLength B2= clear span +18d+0.42D,
where D= Depth of beam – 2*(top & bottom cover)-crank bar
=4000+18*12+0.42*(450-2*25-12)

Stirrups:
a=450-25*2=400mm
b=300-2*25=250mm
Length of S1=2*(a+b)+24d
=2*(400+250)+24*8
=1492mm
